Monopoly Game
Monopoly is a popular board game where players buy, sell, and trade properties to build a real estate empire. The goal is to bankrupt your opponents and become the wealthiest player.
How to Play:
- Set up: Place the game board on a flat surface. Distribute the money, properties, houses, and hotels among the players.
- Roll and move: Players take turns rolling two dice and moving their token to the corresponding number of spaces.
- Buy or rent: If a player lands on an unowned property, they can buy it from the bank. If the property is already owned, they must pay rent to the owner.
- Build and improve: Players can use their money to build houses and hotels on their properties, increasing the rent they can charge.
- Chance and Community Chest: These spaces trigger special events that can help or hurt a player.
- Going to Jail: Landing on the “Go to Jail” space sends a player directly to jail. They can only get out by rolling doubles or paying a fine.
- Bankruptcy: If players’ debts exceed their assets, they are bankrupt and out of the game.
Game Objective:
The goal of a monopoly is to bankrupt all other players and become the sole player with assets. This is achieved by strategically buying and developing properties, collecting rent, and avoiding bankruptcy.
