Refund and Return Policy:
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please return it to www.garnerstationery.com and we will arrange for a replacement that meets the following conditions:
1. Customer must check in front of delivery persons and if any fault is found (damaged/ defective/ wrong product/ missing items) after opening the box, inform us through inboxing or calling at 01534643760 while delivery man is there. If not possible, a full unboxing video must be sent to us (must show the whole intact package before opening).Ā
2. If it is ceramic or acrylic items (fragile items), please check it in front of delivery persons and return it if any damaged item is found.Ā Ā
3. We will replace the item. If items are not available we will refund the amount (if the amount is paid already by customers).
